Returns

Conditions for Return:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included. Valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refund Options:

We offer a full refund to your original method of payment for qualifying returns.The following items are not eligible for return: Custom-made or personalized products.

How to Make a Return:

email: innergracenotes@gmail.com with the following details: Order number and return details. Send pictures (if needed). Once received, your return will be processed as quickly as possible and you will be notified with further instructions.

Shipping Policies

Shipping Address Accuracy: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address entered during checkout is correct and complete. Our company is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return fees levied by the carrier, and the cost to re-ship the package to the correct address. We cannot re-send the package until these charges are paid.

  • Order Cancellations: If the customer prefers to cancel the order after it has been returned to us, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item(s) only, minus the original shipping fees and any return charges incurred.

  • Address Changes After Ordering: If you realize you have made an error with your shipping address immediately after placing your order, please contact us at innergracenotes@gmail.com as soon as possible. While we will attempt to intercept the shipment or correct the address, we cannot guarantee this is possible once the order is processed and dispatched.

  • Delivered to Wrong Address (Customer Error): If tracking information confirms the package was delivered to the address provided on the order, but it was the incorrect address, we are not responsible for retrieving the package or issuing a refund. We recommend contacting the resident at the provided address or the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.

We encourage all customers to double-check their shipping details before finalizing their purchase to avoid potential issues and additional costs.
